Without a doubt, I have never had better customer service with any company. When I have a question about my husband's coverage and best plan for his needs, they answer my questions promptly. I have had the honor of referring several of my friends (from Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Florida) to Jean and Derik and everyone has had nothing but good things to say. They will review your current coverage and make suggestions as to what plan best fulfills your needs and, if your current plan is best for you, they will not have you change plans so they can receive a commission - they truly have your best interests at heart. They are available 24/7, which is unusual in this day and age. Again, if you want someone who will serve you well, I would suggest you contact Brasher Brokerage.
