I had a bad experience with the theft of my work tools at Coronado Park Storage and the insurance company only wanted to pay me $3,000 for $10,000 insurance for theft of my unit. Charlie was such an awesome person to work with and someone who has become my friend. He helped me get more money on my claim and was very professional throughout this last year and a half. He never gave up on me and was the most pleasant person to speak to each time I called him. He was very prompt in returning phone calls and text messages. I couldnt have asked for a more caring and knowledgeable adjuster.
