I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy. I would give this a 0 review because 0 work was done. Your service has been absolutely disgusting. You have shown zero sense of urgency even after Ive told you my situation. Jason Balchunas has an absolute disregard for getting anything done in a timely manner, following up on my request, and responding to my emails. He decided instead of answering my calls- he would pass me to what Im assuming is a receptionist- and she lied about his computer and phone being down. I know this because he answered an email and call from my community about 5 minutes later.
