AND always answer my phone calls Then I was Very impress with the job itself. Professional Window and Door did a great job! They had a good price, showed up on time, worked professionally, and everything looks great. They were happy to answer all of our questions and rode around the neighborhood with us and helped explain the various type of windows. Plantation permits were pulled and passed on first inspection. We had 5-bids and chose wisely! We just had hurricane windows, sliding doors and a side door installed and the process was seamless. From the owner Scott coming out to measure and order the materials in January to Carlos handling the inspection today, which went off without a hitch. Annie Rule who runs the office is amazing and always kept us up to date. It took only 2-days to do the installation (end of April 2021) and we have 3 dogs & 3 cats to work around! It was so easy, clean and perfect! The installers are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient. We would highly recommend this company. Working with PWD was a wonderful experience. The professionalism, attention to detail, and high quality work performed has earned my recommendation as a 5 star organization. The pricing was competitive, the willingness to earn my business by answering questions within 24 hours, and the personalized service made this company stand out. I also can attest to the salesman/owner Scott's high level of honestly and integrity when we came back to revisit the initial quote 6 months after he initially wrote it up. Another company misled us that prices from the manufacturer had already gone up, and Scott was very transparent that it indeed had not happened yet. The crew did a fantastic job with prep, install and cleanup. They were polite, courteous and wore masks indoors as I requested. Very pleased with this investment and with the work completed.
