Thank you, Ralph, for all your assistance in helping me, 1) identify and measure to get the right hardware to replace my 21-year-old broken door lock and, 2) install the new lock! This is a very secure system, but very tricky system. The local professionals could not even visit to assess my problem for three weeks, then they said it would be another four to eight weeks to fix my door! With your professional and personal assistance, I accomplished the job myself in much less time! My door works beautifully now. Thanks again for all your help!!!

These guys are the like the Window Whisperers! I lived with PGT Sliders and French Doors that were installed incorrectly in 2004 where the pins did not work and many of the sliders bounced.... Big job 2-3 guys over a couple of days but they fixed everything! Sliders are now like butter! Worth every penny!

Technician Eddie was prompt, courteous and professional. He displayed an experienced depth of knowledge during his inspection and servicing of numerous exterior door locks and hinges. I plan to use the company's services again in the future.

Ralph with Integral Windstorm Products is simply THE BEST. And I mean THE BEST! Not only are his products excellent quality but even more important in my case was Ralphs' willingness to stay on the phone for over an hour after his normal workday was over, assisting me in replacing the lock gear box on my multi point locking system. I live off the coast of Washington State and Ralph is in Florida, but he might as well have been right here in the room doing the job himself. He really knows his products and is able to convey his knowledge and skills even over the phone. Ralph is patient, experienced, highly knowledgeable, dedicated to his customers and willing to preserver with a novice. He guided me thru this challenging process, all the while maintaining his wonderful sense of humor and encouraging me to keep going, which we did until the job was done. Before calling Ralph, I had studied over 10 YouTube videos, and not one of those videos explained all the details and nuances' necessary to do this job correctly.
