Storm tight office is less then 5 mins from my home so we figure we would use them as our last price quote.i received 3 other quotes 37k,40k and 42 k for all windows and doors in my house..my wife called to get an estimate. They said they will only come out if the husband and wife are home during the price quote together.1 I work full time and don't have the patience to deal with this.,. 2 my wife is very capable of making our family discions on her own... Well I guess storm tight didn't need my 40 grand. I'll take my business elsewhere

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. I received a call from them saying I had won a prize from the South Florida Fair. We made an appointment for today at 1:00 PM. I rushed to drive 1h 17 minutes to get there and arrived at 11:50 AM. At 12:50, a guy called me to say their representative would show up late, around 2:30. Since I just bought the property and it was empty, I sat there waiting until 2:20 when their representative texted me that she would be here at 3:00. I asked her a simple question: "Are you sure you will be here at 3:00, yes or no?" Obviously, she couldn't give a straightforward answer. Honestly, it is my fault; I thought it was from the South Florida Fair, so I didn't check the company's information beforehand. After reading people's comments about their company, I'm glad that I only wasted my gas and time (although I really hate wasting my time). I'm someone who cares more about quality than price. Getting a discount would be great, but no discount doesn't bother me either. If you want them to do your windows, LOL, good luck, they might not even finish by 2025.
