We contacted Reliable Impact Windows and Doors based on a recommendation and we are so happy that we chose them! Their price was comparable to other companies and the main reason they stood above the others was Rob Morris responsiveness in getting us the information we requested, answering our questions immediately (even on Sunday) and making requested changes to our estimate before signing. We were blown away at his communication and attention to detail! Installation went better than expected too. Installers were on time every day, they were polite and friendly, super clean and went above and beyond to minimize disruption to our lives. For us, our project was HUGE, for Reliable it was likely small (two-bedroom home, replacing all windows and doors) BUT the Reliable Team treated us and our project like we were their number one customer!
