Epic Apartments

Lived in Epic Apartments for 14 months. Paid on time and was an excellent tenant. Be aware the price that they advertise is at least $200 more after all of the fees they add on each month. Also due to not leaving a 60 day notice of vacating at the end of my lease I am now having to pay an entire extra months rent. I will not be recommending this complex to anyone else. Please find something else.

Be aware the cost of the apartment they advertise is not the cost they add on at least $200 worth of fees each month so if its a 1250 apartment it will be 1450 Be sure to leave a 60 day notice at the end of your own lease or they will charge you an extra month worth of fees Will not recommend Epic Apartments to any friends or family

This is unfortunately the first bad review I've ever written in my life. Stay very far away from this place; roach infested, nats in the fridge, nats all over the apartments, smoking in the apartments around you, brown water from the rust in the pipes dead rats outside of the buildings have been seen on more than one occasion by myself and others. My neighbors had the exact same problems I did it's terrible this place is even allowed to rent out units in the condition they are in. Not to mention the moldy, musty air coming out of the air vents from not having been cleaned for decades that ruined some nice things I spent hard earned money on. The office manager Lucinda is awful and does not know how to handle any of the issues that go on in that place so she just blows it off until it becomes a heat case. My sole purpose of even writing this review is to prevent someone else from having to go through what I went through. Do not move here!!!!

These guys Tom, and Paul rock! They are the best always wanting to help and personable. Can't say enough about them. Give them a raise! Thanks again!
