I had some minor issues that I brought to Lindas attention and within 3 hours someone came out to address the issues. They are extremely friendly and make sure I know not to hesitate if I need something fixed.

May 2019- May 2020 During the pandemic I didn't give a 60 day notice. I didn't know if I would be able to move. My fault. Alison: The pandemic doesn't matter. My reply oh ok Alison how much do we have to pay for our move out and for the failure to give notice a ridiculous amount almost $2,000 or close to it. But we paid it. Just like we paid rent every month. Fast forward to the morning of move out day. I received a call from Alison stating to have the keys in by 5. I said per the lease I thought I had until 11. I can't remember what she said. But the point is I couldn't move out everything by 5. I dropped the keys In the drop box a few minutes before 5. Then I get a notice saying I owe for a light bulb, carpet, e.t.c wait so you charging me for things that Y'all have to replace anyways due to wear and tear. And the carpet wasn't cleaned properly to begin with. And you called me the day of stating to have the keys in by 5. Other apartments I have moved out no problem got all my stuff and dropped my keys off. I truly feel like this was a the worst experience I've ever had.
