    I lived here for 4 years and absolutely loved it! The prices are very competitive and fair and they keep the place clean. The staff has always been very helpful and respectful and the maintenance guys, Hermino R and Steve have been amazing!!! Always quick to help us out!!! Highly recommend!

    Have lived here for 4-5 years now. Update: New Management is trying to compensate for the bad management before, maintenance has been alright. Although we see dog poops in the parking lots everywhere. Management is extremely rude, disrespectful and arrogant. Maintenance is lazy! It takes them 2-3 months to respond to simple requests like water leakages, and then the management will refuse to cover the cost of leakage. They increased our rent 250$ this year, and Samantha the property manager at that time told us that they don't care about the residents they are kicking out residents who have been in these apartments for 10+ years, if they can't afford the rent. Apartments are not properly insulated, the ACs do not work properly. and the vents are shared... so if your neighbor smokes we*d your home will smell like weed all the time, and you won't be able to do anything about it. When we moved here, we were expecting a home where we could live for years without end. Even recommend friends to this place. But now, I tell everyone I meet to stay away from this apartment complex. The further the better. Predatory behaviors also include, $43+ convenience fee if you pay your rent using visa / credit cards. If the management doesn't improve their practices, we'll be moving out of this place very very soon!
