        I did an application, paid the fees like $140, they denied me, gave me a basic form letter 3 days later, and didnt pull my credit! Just kept the app fee. I have a high score(742) 4k+ after tax income and zero criminal history. I just found out i got my free annual reports all 3. Only pulls are my car refi and new credit card on all. Cant get an explanation or call back.

        The staff were extremely nice, there wasn't a long wait and they were very informative. If they weren't able to provide the service you needed they were able to give you referrals to places that could help you.

        Sailpoint bay is pretty quiet. Occasionally a loud car radio. They keep the place clean and the landscape looks good. Rent has gone up 20% from last year but no law against it. The residents, some, can be lazy at times leaving trash out by the dumpster, but in all a nice place.
