I recently moved to the apartments at Drift - I moved to Daytona in January and I looked at many apartments - there were some that were great, and I had narrowed my search to two - What sold me on Drift was the help and kindness I received From Aizhan- Honestly, she sold me on Drift- She showed me around, she answered all my calls, responded to all my emails and was always available- that made all the difference - Drift is proving to be a great place to live, the amenities are excellent, maintenance issues are resolved quickly, the grounds are kept immaculate - it is a beautiful place to live - both my husband and myself are very happy we chose Drift - Thank you Aizhan!!

We are enjoying living here...the amenities are very nice and all of the staff are great! The maintenance staff is quick and very helpful, thanks for making this a great place to live!

Been living here for almost a month heres what I have to say: - Top-notch community in all aspects: the structure, the people, the community - They take the services they offer very seriously, i.e., when something is not up to standard, they do work hard to ensure everyone is satisfied here. - Aizhan is the assistant manager, and she actually was the leasing agent from a past community we lived in. She is both very professional and friendly; whether it is a complain or a compliment, you feel open to speak with her about it, she listens and helps you with a solution. - What I like most about the community is that their business success orientation is not about saving pennies, but ensuring their communitys overall satisfaction. I only had a couple of technical hiccups in my apartment and they went above and beyond in providing all the means and equipment necessary until a permanent fix came in. One thing you can be sure: here, you will never be left astray if a problem happens with you or your apartment.

I recently had the pleasure of leasing an apartment at this incredible luxury complex and I cannot say enough good things about it. From the moment I walked in for my tour, I was greeted by the most professional and friendly leasing agents I have ever encountered. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the property and all of its amenities, and made the leasing process a breeze. The complex itself is stunning, with top-of-the-line finishes and amenities that truly set it apart from other luxury properties in the area. The pool and fitness center are both state-of-the-art, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. But what truly sets this complex apart is the level of service provided by the leasing agents. They were always available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my new home. I have never experienced such personalized and attentive service from a leasing team before. I would highly recommend this luxury complex to anyone looking for a truly exceptional living experience. Thank you to the amazing leasing agents for making my move-in process so easy and stress-free. I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this place home.
