I live on this property and the staff and management company is a blessing for me and my service animals quite, clean,adorable, good neighbors, no issues at all plan on staying for awhile I would recommend this property to live in I give it a 10+

I have lived at Camellia Court Apartments for almost 9 and it has been a very quiet community to live in. I like being able go to bed at 8:30 of the evening without having a disturbance for others in our community. I start my days early before sunrise. Gidgetour manager is an excellent at her job and takes care of business promptly as can be expected during the week schedule.

I have lived here since 2021. I've seen Property Managers come & go. I love this community, it is quiet and serene and centrally located. Within the last 6 months there has been a massive undertaking of beautification to this property. It looks Amazing!!! There is now a Property Manager who has hit the ground running for the Tenants & Property. I remember when she first got here she walked around to each Apt. and introduced herself as the new Property Manager. I'd never had that happen!!! She's kind, empathic and has compassion, yet, she's firm. In my experience here, that's what was missing. With that being said, I wanted to put in writing your Accolades Ms. Gidget. Thank you for all you've done and continue to do. Of course, I can't leave Mr. James (Maintenance) out, he too is Amazing and takes Pride in the work he does. Thank you, Mr. James. They make a wonderful Team in getting it done. If you're seeking somewhere to call Home, and be apart of an Amazing community, come on over to Camellia Court Apartments.
