Friday evening the ladies Kristina. L & Christina. T were great hostess at the St.Paddys celebration. Ive personally have talked to Kristina,L and she has always been a pleasure to talk too and get things done. Weve been treated very well here. We appreciate their work. The Lazalas

I love my home at the Overlook! My view of the river is beautiful and my apartment so bright and cozy. The office staff is par excellence. Thanks to Sam whose kindness lights up the leasing office and Holly the manager who is extremely thoughtful and professional. The maintenance guys are the best always with a smile and quick to fix anything that needs it. Im going on my second lease here and hope to stay a long time as Ive grown attached to this place, the views, and the people. Who wouldnt want to cross the bridge from the mainland to see the ocean and our building on the river and proudly call it home! My kitty meh also is grateful to be pet of the month. He loves it here too!

Just moved in and the staff was VERY helpful with the movie process (and I was a difficult tenant). They still continue to be super helpful and quick. I want ti buy my apartment because its so amazing here.
