Live here and will not continue the lease. Very very bad roach problem. Even when being extremely clean. And its not just a little bit of roaches. Its very bad that I have to vacuum constantly. Trash situation sucks since its at the very front so people put it on their hood and drop it on the road and leave it. Its very annoying because they dont clean it up. You are supposed to leash your dogs but no one does so they start attacking my dogs and poop everywhere and the owners that dont leash dont pick up after the dogs. The laundry barely works. Only two work decent but are extremely dirty because everyone uses just those. The rest of the laundry units dont spin so your laundry stays soaked no matter the load size. The only good thing about this place is the friendly neighbors. Oh yea and your packages will be stolen. Mine were ripped open and they picked what they wanted and spread out the rest all over the place. Employees are okay and helpful. Its not their fault that this place sucks. Just please keep looking for other places and ask if they have roaches. Its very bad.

We are trying to get the dog issues taken care of, I am sure you have received the emails we have been sending. Pest Control is on site every week to make sure everyone's issues are resolved, but you need to contact the office so we can get you ongoing treatment. Becky was amazing! She took the time to show to us all of the amenities and explain them in detail. She explained the unit in detail and all costs. She also told us about local restaurants and such! Made me feel at home already
