        Pretty decent location, tenants living there stated that you will hear an initial amount to move in and then the person you need to speak to will add other fees before you move in...

        Love this place. I bought my condo here a few years ago. They homeowners association ( Wimmer ) has done a good job cleaning the place up and doing many updates. Huge transition from a few years ago. They still need to work with some of the landlords on choosing better Tennants but definitely heading in a good direction. They need to have more owner occupied residences as this would make a great 2nd home for people. Keep up the good work Teri Wimmer!
