A beautiful place to live. Maintenance is always pretty quick. There are two pools that are beautiful, but are not heated for winter months. Theres new management and they all seem very nice in the office. Ive already signed my lease renewal for my 3rd year living here. We are having trouble with residents causing trouble at the pool, but thats not managements fault. They are looking into locks and have already installed cameras. My big complaint is the apartment portal and the inability to know your rent total until the afternoon of the first of the month. This makes it difficult for residents who use Flex to pay rent. I do wish this was a better and easier process. Hopefully they are working on it. The awesome thing is the location. Its relatively quiet, but still in the center, where 5 miles in one direction, you have the beach, 5 miles in another direction is Bucees and access to the interstate. 2 miles in another direction is International Blvd where all types of restaurants, shops and the infamous Daytona racetrack. Turn left and in a mile you are at the airport. Im quite satisfied with all of that. All in all its a great place to live.

I am so glad to have found this beautiful community and apartment. All thanks to those working at the Leasing Office, especially Denise who had given me the tour and helped with all the procedures. Lake forest has a reliable management and proved needed services. The location is pretty good too, and its a safe neighborhood, close to the airport, mall and restaurants. The layout is also beautiful, the complex surrounds two lakes, its has a tennis court, gym and two swimming pools. And most of the community is filled with trees and I love being at home while also not missing out on being around nature.
