Marisa is absolutely the best. I was in a bad car accident and she has been nothing but good to us. You don't find compassionate people anymore, especially in the renting. Of apartments.Thank you again. And yes I am a current renters.

New management sucked my family left as fast as possible when it changed hands and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They shut off the water a few times a week for 'repairs' the pool is open 1 day a year and they tore down the playground and clearly have no plans of replacing it. If I could put 0 stars I would

Just moved in and so far it's great, quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, rent is reasonable, my apartment is newly renovated, very spacious, plenty of closets!! The pool is very nice and picnic area with bbq grills is convenient also! Jennifer from leasing office is super friendly, helpful and pulled all the stops to secure the apartment I wanted. I took advantage of their half off rent special for August and September which is a great deal! Security deposit was reasonable (not 2-3 months rent like most other places!) All in all I highly recommend Park Apartments!

The property is racist she is slowly trying to make it a all white community these apartments have mold every other week the water is off she purposely took out the play ground for the children to play she put signs around the complex saying that the children are to ride there bikes in the road
