For the past several months Ive been looking for single bedroom apartments in Daytona such as Andros Isles and Icon One just to name a few. All were too expensive or outdated.
In less than an hr, I found Sands Parc online one day, took a tour and decided this was the one. In only about a week I completed all the seamless paperwork, and moved in thanks to River who is an insanely kind and amazing leasing agent!
One cool thing that is not mentioned online is that the apartment is a smart home, so you control the car gate, air conditioning and your apartment door lock from your phone! In addition there are small sensors that detect humidity near the water pipes. If it goes off, a maintenance ticket will automatically be submitted. So cool!
Overall, the complex is spotless, tidy and does not look outdated. Rent right now beats out all the competition. If you are looking for a 1-3 bedroom apartment in Daytona, this is without a doubt your best choice.
