I had an exceptional experience with the team consisting of Samantha, Mackena, and Zachary! It took me three visits to the property before I could settle on an apartment, and throughout this decision-making process, the team remained patient, accommodating, and always willing to go above and beyond. They made the entire process smooth and comfortable for me, and their responsiveness was truly impressive. Their follow-up was prompt and reliable, and they delivered on every promise they made. It wasn't a question of whether I would move there, but rather, which of the wonderful apartments I would choose. The place itself is absolutely stunning and beautiful. I'm eagerly looking forward to calling it home in just a week. I wholeheartedly recommend the Sanctuary to anyone in search of a new residence!

Toured this new property in Daytona on LPGA. Its super close to the shopping malls. The apartments are stunning, it gives big city condo! Definitely keeping it at the top of my list when my current lease is up.

Summer and mckenna have both been absolutely amazing. Ive never gotten into a place to live so fast and without hassle. I highly recommend working with them. This is an amazing community with truly beautiful units. Hands down the best place Ive ever worked with. They both answered all my questions the 30 diff times I called.
