Today you lost a 22 years of customer that has purchased tens of thousands of dollars in this store for over 22 years. I bought two little bags of screws with a total, including taxes, of less than 3 dollars. I used the self checkout, used my credit card, got my receipt and put everything in the little bag shown in the picture. The attendee, a young lady that has been there for 6 months, asked for the receipt because she saw me storing my stuff in my bag. Honestly, this offended me. 1- If Im gonna steal something, wont do it in the checkout area where there are cameras and home depot personnel. Its just common sense. 2- If she is going to ask a receipt to someone because she sees the people is putting back the wallet and stuff in a bag, then have her paying full attention from the beginning. 3- The two little bags of screws are so small that I wanted to save one home depot plastic bag. Believe it or not, I care for the environment. I don't blame her, I blame the manager for not training her properly. I will never use any home depot again in my life. Those self checkout machines are a trap.

Home Depot needs to get new management I am disgusted with my experience I went with my daughter and the customer service was absolutely dreadful the way I was treated and looked at.I dont know if the manager (manny) was being racist but he was no help and it made me very uncomfortable they way he talks to his staff .Even when I asked for his name the look on his face made me want to leave immediately.The only reason I went to this location was because it was the closest one to me , Im going to have to have rethink ever coming here again.
