        Brian and Juan came out to my dads home, and assessed and properly diagnosed an ongoing issue with his toilet. Turns out there was a GIANT ROOT in the pipe that has been the source of clogging for way too long. Fortunately it was a relatively easy fix and it was clearly NOT their first rodeo. Both Brian and Juan were courteous, professional, on time, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Thank you so much Ganz plumbing (also Rose!) for all of your help!!! I would absolutely contact this company again for any and all plumbing needs. These people know what theyre doing!!! Service: Toilet repair
