People be aware this company is a FRAUD!. They kept one month of my security deposit at the end of my lease detailing damage on the apartment I was in there( I have pictures and is not true) but they took anyway my money. WORST PROPERTY MANAGMENT , read well the contract because they are the only one that ask 2 months security deposit. Also don't expect them to solve you any problem or even CARE ABOUT YOU.All that they want is your money. Shame on them! People should know before sign any document with you that you will kept one month no matter why. In my case, I clean very well the apartment, I have pictures... the walls were painted when I start living there but they expected you to keep the apartment perfect (3 years) looks like a joke, so you(in this case me and my mother) pay the painting for next tenants....horrible experience. I lost my deposit for no reason, but I hope no-one rent anymore with LWHT.

Problem with pests in unit. Very unprofessional and unpersonable Property manager who never addresses or responds to concerns. They look for the slightest excuse and falsehoods to withhold your security deposit unjustly.

Will be hearing from an attorney. They take your application fee run your credit and background after already releasing the property to another tenant. Ive called for over two weeks with no answer. I have all receipts and time stamps, and not once was I notified. Class action if this has also happened to you!
