1st Place Property Management

Im a realtor in South Florida and have placed tenants in properties managed by David Phelps through his company, 1st Place Property Management, LLC. Working with David when representing my tenants was a pleasure, he is courteous and professional. I have also recommended his property management services to other realtors in my office who had landlords looking to place their properties in the hands of professionals, and 1st Place was the answer. As a realtor, it is important for me to know that my tenants continue to be my clients. As the end of the lease neared, David kept me informed of my clients decision to renew for another year since they are happy with the home and the management services. This allows me to stay in touch with my clients and continue to assist them in the future when theyre ready to purchase their next home or find a new rental. In the meantime, I know theyre in good hands with 1st Place Property Management.

As a Tenant, my experience with Dave has been nothing but top notch and professional. He is readily available by phone and email, answers emergencies on the weekends, and treats you like family. He is personable, reliable, trustworthy, and transparent. We are enjoying our experience with 1st place property management and thankful to Dave for taking care of us.
