        Beware and save up for the yearly increases to your HOA fees if SunState manages your property. SunState will complete unnecessary projects in the community just to line there pockets with your money. Before SunState took over my HOA fee was $158, that quickly went up to $320. Luckly we got them out to stop the bleeding. I live in a no no thrills community with one small pool.

        When Sunstate was managing our community, our property suffered greatly. They claimed to want to make our community better and look better and it kept looking worse and worse. They took out a huge loan and increased our dues and added a special assessment- all done illegally according to our community bylaws. Terrible customer service, communication and transparency. Please do not hire this company to manage your community. You will regret it.
