Please next time take a bit more time when prescribing medications and ask questions, I was prescribed oral minoxidil for hair loss and almost end up in the hospital with heart problems. Staff were super friendly and everything but I barely had time to speak to the actual doctor, he just rush in and left in less than 2 minutes.

(Translated by Google) Dr. Francisco Kerdell promised me to CURE my acne, which was a hormonal problem after 30. I spent a couple of years with other dermatologists who did not help me at all! Dr. Francisco kept his word! He cured me of acne. My skin today is better than ever. Thank you Doctor (Original) El dr Francisco kerdell me prometio CURAR mi acn, el cual era un problema hormonal despus de los 30. Estuve un par de aos con otros dermatlogos que no me ayudaron en nada! If I could give this office ZERO stars, I would. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. RUDE OFFICE MANAGER. I had an appointment on 01/11/2022. The visit was rushed. I was told that there would be a prescription for a cream (which I got delivered the very next day) and also a prescription for pills that would help with my itching and that I should take at night time because it'd most likely make me feel drowsy. This would be medicine that treats the symptoms, but does not solve the actual problem. Before leaving my appointment, I made sure to remind one of the doctors that saw me (I can't recall his name but it was not Dr. Kerdel, whom I saw for less than 2 minutes) about the pills that would help me with my itching at night time since the itching is so bad that I just can't sleep. I spoke to the office manager (finally, after many calls) on 01/18/2022 and she told me she would speak to the doctors as she didn't see any notes about the other prescription I was told I'd be prescribed. She called me back, which I could not answer at the time. There was no voicemail. And then the chase started again to get to communicate with someone from that office. Finally, after my third call today, I spoke to her and she told me the prescription was ALREADY sent on 01/18/2022. (Thank you for sending this ONE WEEK LATER? In the meantime, I am the one itching and scratching all over my body.) As if that wasn't enough, to say the office manager was unapologetic is an understatement. Her tone and attitude towards me was that of 1) this is already taken care of, and 2) I should have known that the prescription was sent the day I spoke to her. NO. I knew she would check what happened. She would call me to inform me of what's going on. But I did not speak to anyone from that office to inform me my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Lastly, she hung up on me. I know we all make mistakes. We are all busy at work. I get it. It happens to me too. The difference is how we react to those mistakes. We cannot get DEFENSIVE when someone calls out our mistakes. SPEAK TO THE PATIENT'S IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER CATHERINE. Besides this, I would still not go back to this office. It is highly rated in Google, which is why I chose it, but I felt like they did not care about me AT ALL. I thought I would see the doctor I made the appointment with Dr. Kerdel. I thought I would be greeted by the receptionist that checks the patient in. I thought I would be asked questions about my new skin condition (like when it started or when do I notice it the most). I thought I would be given a gown to undress to show the parts of my body that is being affected. Instead I had to lift my shirt and pull my pants down a little. I didnt even get to show them my thighs, which is where the itching is so bad. I thought we would get to the root of the issue and try to find out whats causing this. If I could give this office ZERO stars, I would. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. RUDE OFFICE MANAGER. More
