If I could give this office ZERO stars, I would. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. RUDE OFFICE MANAGER. I had an appointment on 01/11/2022. The visit was rushed. I was told that there would be a prescription for a cream (which I got delivered the very next day) and also a prescription for pills that would help with my itching and that I should take at night time because it'd most likely make me feel drowsy. This would be medicine that treats the symptoms, but does not solve the actual problem. Before leaving my appointment, I made sure to remind one of the doctors that saw me (I can't recall his name but it was not Dr. Kerdel, whom I saw for less than 2 minutes) about the pills that would help me with my itching at night time since the itching is so bad that I just can't sleep. I spoke to the office manager (finally, after many calls) on 01/18/2022 and she told me she would speak to the doctors as she didn't see any notes about the other prescription I was told I'd be prescribed. She called me back, which I could not answer at the time. There was no voicemail. And then the chase started again to get to communicate with someone from that office. Finally, after my third call today, I spoke to her and she told me the prescription was ALREADY sent on 01/18/2022. (Thank you for sending this ONE WEEK LATER?
