The rudest thing in the world is the receptionist there, they recommended me to the doctor who said that he is very good and when I called to make an appointment he spoke very rudely to me as if I were a neighbor of hers and when I asked him if I was okay he left me in hold and hung up on me and then he didn't answer me again, what a lack of respect, I don't know how they have people like that at a reception

The receptionist at this office was disgusting. I have been at this office before and my experience was awesome. I called yesterday to make another appointment and the lady that answered talk in a very bad way, she was sighing, speaking unprofessionally and was disrespectful overall. She is a very bad representation of this amazing office. Such a shame that such a great location has such a bad and nasty employee. I tried calling again several times and she continuously put me on hold because i told her she obviously didnt feel like working. People like this should not be working at reception.
