The Miami Skin Institute and Dr J are amazing. In my first year of treatment, I saw incredible results. Now going on my third year of treatments, friends say I look like Im aging in reverse. Thats means its working!! Everyone at the Miami skin Institute is friendly, helpful and encouraging.

DO NOT ORDER ANY OF THIS COMPANIES PRODUCTS OFF OF INSTAGRAM OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS. I ORDERED 6 JARS OF THE WORST PRODUCT IVE EVER SEEN. I AM A LICENSED MEDICAL ESTHETICIAN FROM CANADA, SO I AM FAMILIAR WITH GOOD PRODUCTS. FIRST THING I NOTICED AFTER OPENING A JAR WAS THE PUNGENT CHEMICAL SMELL BUT I STILL TRIED IT. IT STARTED BURNING MY SKIN AND WASHED IT OFF. I NOTIFIED THE COMPANY AND THEY SAID TO RETURN AND PAY ALL SHIPPING COSTS (AGAIN). THIS WAS AFTER TRYING FOR HOURS HOW TO FIND A WAY TO EVEN REACH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE SO RUDE AND UNHELPFUL THAT I REFUSED TO TAKE TIME FROM WORKING TO DRIVE OUT TO THE NEAREST UPS STORE TO PAY Over $30 TO RETURN THESE JARS OF JUNK. BUYER BEWARE! WHEN YOU GO ON HER WEBSITE SHE RECOMMENDS LASER, FRAXEL, CHEMICAL PEELS (PROCEDURES THAT ACTUALLY CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE) BUT HER CREAMS, SAVS AND OINTMENTS ARE JUST A SCAM. SNAKE OIL. PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU.
