I had a great experience with Ford of Clermont! Their body shop and mechanics are the best around! I want to give a big thank you to Jason Priest and Juan in the mechanic shop for taking great care of me and my car. Highly recommend for all your car shopping/maintenance needs!

A truly great experience. From start to finish. I visited the dealership and test drove this Mach E prior to purchase. I worked with Alayna and Laurel from day 1. I appreciate their knowledge and no pressure of us shopping around to purchase. We were torn between a Tesla and the Mustang Mach E but very much enjoyed our Ford experience much more than Tesla. Alayna and Laurel were very knowledgeable about the all electric mustang and answered all of my questions and concerns. We are very happy with our experience from start to finish and the thorough follow up after we purchased the car. Will highly recommend this dealership.

I would just like to say, what a great team member you have in Laurel Krause. she as gone above and beyond my expectations of my needs and found the perfect ford flex and continued to work hard to make. my sales experience was wonderful. even now as I know it's about my disability income doesn't fit for my loan , I still have great respect for Laurel Krause.Thank you Ford of Clermont and Thank you Laurel

Am frustrated Fast and Good Service in the Quick side. If want to buy a car there Ask For Jay for sales or any other. They always nice. But use cars are to expensive now. They devalue, so why? And interest is High for use cars?? So payments are even higher?? Really? PS: Am mad now at every Ford in Davenport and Clermont. My car is at the Clermont, I made an appointment cause at US 27 in Davenport one, was busy and said it can take 2 to 3 Weeks. In Clermont it wasn't a 2 days job. They said it can take even 4 months for the transmission part that is a recall, no car loaner at the beginning I lost 2 weeks of work cause I couldn't rent a car or Uber, is more than I get paid a week. Is being almost 3 weeks now. I got a rental car on April Friday 5th now from Ford. Let see what happens. Well, maybe they trying hard, they very busy and had construction work too.
