Horrible communication. I made an appointment for Saturday at 1030 and was told they will look at my car but the part would most likely have to be ordered. The service advisor Scott called me Saturday afternoon around 2:30 to let me know they ordered the part and to leave my car until Monday. Okay, thats was fine with me. No call at all on Monday so I call at 3:15 to find out the status. I was told that my car was being worked on and they will let me know how long. I get a call back stating it was someones car with the same issue with the shifter and my part isnt in and it will be in on Tuesday. Another day without my car. On Tuesday I had to call again and was told the part wasnt in I can get a rental. Well it was 4 pm and I was at work and the rental place closed at 5. No way I would make it there by 5. The service advisor did give me his cell number to call him directly since every time you call you get transferred around. Finally on Wednesday they called me my car would be ready. 5 days without my car and I asked to speak to a manager and they gave me the runaround. Go elsewhere.

Great first experience getting routine maintenance on one of our vehicles. Scheduling was quick considering several experiences with other Chevrolet dealerships scheduling almost a week in advance. Service was timely (approx. an hour) and the staff was friendly and helpful.
