Finding a service center to work on my Ford F-150 and provide excellent customer service is not easy these days, until I found Clermont Ford. Yes, its farther for me, but well worth it! I believe her name is, Cathy, and she was my service manager the day of my scheduled appointment. From the beginning till the end she provided me updates, advised me that they offer a shuttle service, and gave me places to eat lunch choices since Clermont Ford is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and I had time to kill. They also provided a video of my truck engine and showed what they were going to do to repair the issue. Bottom line, this company of great people like Cathy and the service mechanics is your only choice to take care of your vehicles needs. Im very happy with the results and will definitely return if and when my truck needs service and or repairs! Thank you Clermont Ford!
