Ride rude rude .. Vince shame on you. Expressing your unfriendly emotions ( for whatever reasons you have going on ) towards clients then complaining to other customers about others! Wow. I say this very attitude is why this PO has such low ratings .. one bad apple can ruin it for others. The other people are quite nice .. Vince nope!

I wasnt originally going to write a review, until I realized that some people might find value to this experience. I went to this post office to send in my application for a second validity passport. I am going on a trip in the summer, but studying abroad in the fall. Because of this, I needed to acquire a second passport. My mother and I went into this post office with high hopes until two minutes into the appointment. The agent, i'm assuming his name was Theo based on other reviews, was absolutely horrendous. He immediately caught an attitude with my mother and I out of no where. He told us we were "waisting our time" and we would not be approved for it. My mother tried to pull up the U.S Department of States website, which clearly showed that I was eligible for it, and he refused to look at it. He then proceeded to tell my mother "turn around and look behind you at that certificate on the wall, I know what I am doing". Even though my mother explained to him that even though I am not going to a Middle Eastern country, I am still eligible. He then proceeded to say "if you want to waste your money that's fine". He was so incredibly rude and stressed us both out immensely. We acquired expedited shipping just so we would know the answer sooner, and I received my second passport yesterday. I hope that no other family believed his false knowledge.
