Clearly based on other reviews the branch of USPS doesnt care about customer service at all. I was unfortunate enough to speak with Katrina who was the most unprofessional, rude individual Ive encountered in a while. I was expecting a package and the tracking information stated it was delivered to an address on my street that doesnt exist. My father was a postman and it used to be if the address was incorrect they would take it to the post office and hold it for the customer to pick up or return it to the sender. I asked 3 times where the package would be and she told me it was delivered to the address. I explained a final time that the address doesnt exist so where would they take the package. She was screaming and I mean screaming (my husband could hear her in the living room) at me. I told her she is highly unprofessional and rude and she again screamed so are you! I work as a manager in Customer Success and I would be fired if I ever spoke to a customer like she did. The USPS has obviously lowered its standards on the type of people they hire. This is why people dont want to deal with USPS. My phone call with her was the 3rd phone call I had made prior to getting toxic Katrina. Each phone call required a hold time minimum of 21 minutes. I still have no idea where my package is but it appears to me like there may be some shady carriers taking packages and marking them delivered to non existent addresses. Just my opinion of course but something certainly isnt adding up
