I ordered a very delicate plant online. It was not delivered because the vendor did not attach sufficient postage. I called the branch office totally perplexed and spoke with the Delivery Supervisor. He found my package, explained the issue and told me that he would keep the package on his desk until it could be picked up.
It was successfully picked-up & is a happy & healthy plant thanks to this man's prompt and caring service.

Worst experience ever at this location Cleveland street, in Clearwater. Customer service extremely poor. Employee not helpful at all and would not even try to help. He sent me with the supervisor. Was trying to get a different employee to help me but he had his earphones on and could not hear me nor even look at me when I was talking to him. Totally rude. I don’t recommend anyone to this location. The usps where my packages arrive is at the Hercules location in Clearwater and for some reason my package was sent to the Cleveland location. Instead of sending it to right location they decided to send it back to the sender. This location shows, the people who work there don’t care and are lazy.

Asked man at counter to help me deal my package and he said he doesn’t even want to touch it so I left. They don’t even want my package lol.. ** just left the location at largo and man there sealed my package for me and even wrapped it a few times with tape!
