Hertz Car Rental - Largo, Clearwater - Us Highway 19 HLE

Great experience renting a Tesla at this location. I think the reps name was Jasmine, excellent service, knowledgeable and patient. The cars could be a little cleaner, but overall would recommend this location with 5 stars

If I could give this establishment a 0 star I would. The manager of the Uber department Heather is rude, does not answer calls, and is 100% unprofessional. You can't get ahold of a district manager (they say they don't have one) and they are as underhanded as a company can be. I would not rent my worst enemy car from them. Please do yourself a favor and choose another location or company all together. The list of issues are too long to list, but know if you ever do a survey, they know exactly who filled it out and if anything was negative, know you'll have nothing but issues going forward.

We arrived to pick up a rental car and Danny was in the parking lot. He came right up to us to inquire about what we needed. Because we needed a large SUV they were in the process of having it brought to the site. Danny and Eric invited us to come inside to wait and kept us updated of the arrival time. Its hard to find such attentive service anywhere these days but these young men NAILED it! Thanks guys. Youre awesome

They will let you drive 30 miles just to sit in front of you be nice & help everyone that calls and have them come in to help harass you then say they will turn down any card u got then when they done and want to go home say sry come back Monday even if your almost finished getting the car if u have to go rent there good luck
