        his sign saids "rent a car", and I went inside and he told me, I don't rent cars, just vespas, so why his sign says rent a car if he doesn't rent cars?... it is ridiculous

      We have two businesses at this location. When you enter the main door, the door to your left is the rental car office. If you head straight back there is the service and sales desk for the Vespa dealership. If you spoke to the gentleman at the Vespa desk, then yes he would have in fact told you he did not handle car rentals but he also would have directed you to the front office where we do. (I know because that’s me 99% of the time).If you walked in any time the past four weeks without a reservation, you would have been told we had no cars available because we are fully booked out with reservations. Perhaps you misunderstood what that rental manager tried to explain to you.
