        they gave me a small car instead of a midsize suv and then after I dropped it off and they over charged me $235

        You book a rental car online on their site and they won't let you prepay. Not a credit card decline. The website says it has problems processing your request when you try to prepay then refreshes and tells you to book your reservation without the prepay option. Ok, sure I'll pay at the desk. Then when you get to the airport they say they're all out of cars since you didn't pre-book. Plus I had a corporate discount I don't think they wanted to honor. Extremely inconvenient to have to find another rental car on short notice. Edit: This is a little bit of the incompetence I mean. Avis, thanks for your response but a little bit of foresight would show you I can't send you a DM from Google maps/reviews.
