This location doesnt participate in the lost and found program. The alternative to the lost and found program is to contact the location directly. Only problem is that you cant call this location directly. So, while it was our fault for leaving a camera in the rental, Budget made it impossible to try to recoup. A very kind friend went to the location, and Budget was uninterested in trying to help. Rent from someone else with better customer service.

The vehicle that I rented developed a check engine light while driving on the highway. While attempting to accelarate to pass, the engine would bogg down and decelerate. I had to pull off the road several times. I called their roadside assistance. The wanted me to drive it 1/2 hour to a Budget rental. Instead, we drove it to the airport for our dropoff which was 35 minutes away. I told the Budget agent at dropoff. He discarded my comments and said to leave the keys with the car.

Was supposed to have a Mustang Convertible, got a Dodge Charger sedan instead, very disappointed. After paying premium for a Mustang and upon arrival to pick the car up, was told they didn't have one ready. So, paid premium for a 4 door Dodge....not happy. This was paid well in advance too. Live and learn...

Car smelled like smoke. Side mirrors where not usable because they were so dirty. Could not see out of the windshield since it had never been cleaned.
