What a disgrace this company is. Avoid at all costs. We stayed in the property nothing but time. When we checked in we had to clean the property our self as we where greeted with dirt and grim and mould - the showers where full of black mould and even the coffee machine had mould in. Most kitchen items where dirty and looked like they had been used then put back without being washed.
The property have a massive pest control issue and we had to deal with ants roaches and flys.
A member of our party injured them selfs in the pool as the step to get out needed replacing about 5 years ago. So she whent right through it and ended up with a trip to the emergency room with her leg cut open.
The pool went green and resembled shreks swamp. Took them over a week to fix and lied to us multiple Times - we caught them using unlicensed contractors and zach the property manager stated if we want the problem fixed we would have to deal with it - this is a felony in the state of Florida.
When a pool guy did come to sort the pool he said he can see the filters of the pool have not been working for over 3 weeks (before our stay) and that no chemicals has been used for even longer- so no wonder our 3 year old was sick.
The washer and drier provided are a fire hazard and overheat when using and items come out smelling worse then they come in.
They are a bunch of cowboys who could not run a property management company even if they tried. Lie after lie - hung up the phone to us on multiple occasions and then stopped taking out calls when we asked for compensation for ruining our stay.
Do only stay with them if you have nothing but time to spend chasing them and cleaning and performing your own maintenance
