birchwood realty is what you would consider 'slum lord' corporate landlords. they will increase the rent on you while never fixing anything. they make the local area look horrible because they take no responsibility in upkeep of the homes.

This company is the worst !!!! Very dishonest and all of the people writing good reviews are realtors or employees. Wish I could leave 1/2 a star because 1 is too much.

She was fired after 4 months. Never answers the phone, hardly ever replied to e-Mails, negligent, does not bother to follow rental contract btw landlord and tenant. Did not let us know when tenant moved out. His electricity got disconnected for non payment, Florida temp. 101. 3 weeks later still working with Terminix. Lost refridge. House got destroyed because of Birchwood Prop. mismanagement. Taking them to court and filing State level complain. 1 star is too much.

Absolutely the worst property managers to ever manage properties ever.. if your looking to get taken advantage of lied to and be constantly Harassed than look no further. if your here looking for a review because you actually met someone in person from here and it just didn't seem quite Right and your looking for validation, here's your sign , trust your instincts this place is straight TRASH... How this lady Fran is able to operate a business that involves dealing with people is beyond my comprehension.

My wife and I were thinking about renting property from Birchwood. When we were visiting a friend this afternoon who is currently renting from them. Oddly and luckily enough we got to witness an actual exchange between tenant and manager.. And never in a million years did our friends deserve to be spoken to the way they were.... I honestly felt so bad for them because 1. I don't believe they were in the wrong 2. When asking for explaination the lady on the phone grew aggressive angry and kept threatening she would kick them out instead of coming to a mutual understanding ... It's safe to say we will definitely not be renting from Birchwood. And once I find out that ladies name I will add her name to the review. My friends did not want to release her name to me . Because they feel to threatened and don't want her making a rash decision. Which after what in heard I totally understand but at the same time who wants to pay rent and feel so uncomfortable that you don't even want to answer your phone... Totally disgusted and angered and I was just a bystander along with a couple others who would very likely agree with this statement..
