Excellent Management, never had any issues in the 3 years that they managed my building. I cant say anything bad about them. The grounds are well kept and the staff is always friendly

This company is a GOD send. They are amazing in every way possible. I had a trashed house and they came in, took control and have it almost ready to go with in a week or so. Adam, Jessica and Jamie are beyond anything I could have asked for. If you need someone to take control and make things happen, these people are who you want.

I highly recommend Bartomeo Property Mgmt. They have been managing our properties since 2022 which was right before Hurricane Ian hit and where our properties are located. We live in NJ and they were excellent in keeping us updated with what was happening during the hurricane and making sure that our tenants were not in danger or in need of evacuation. After the hurricane, they were key in making sure that our properties were repaired and livable so that we could resume to as normal of a business as possible based on the clean ups that were taking place in the area. Jessica W. is my main point of contact and she is the best at keeping me updated with anything pertaining to my properties and always makes sure that any repairs are done at the right price and not overpriced! If you are on the fence and not sure who to choose in a property management company, there is only one right choice that you wont regret, thats Bartomeo Management.
