        I am not the type of person that likes to write bad reviews about anything or anybody; I believe that people deserve second chances; but guess what? I gave this branch the second chance and they missed it. Do not waste your time if you are in need of a notary right away; they will turn you away saying that you need an appointment. I went to another bank and they didnt hesitate to help me with my request. Ah! and BTW, ever since they closed their drive-through they made it harder for people with disabilities to do their banking with them. Unacceptable!
