William Ruse, the owner, was extremely pleasant very easy to deal with. He had a great knowledge of exactly what we wanted to have done at our home.He had the best price out of eight local HVAC contractors. they were on time with his employees, and work extra long days to get the job completed. I would Highly recommend them to anyone looking for anything to do with HVAC systems. I Will be using William for future maintenance as needed. The central air conditioner at my home stopped working properly. The system was running but was only putting out hot air. I contacted Alaskan Air and was giving an immediate time that service could be provided. William the owner was polite and professional. He called me to inform that he was on his way. Upon inspection of my central a/c unit he was able to diagnose that the capacitor had failed. He had the replacement part on his truck and had the a/c blowing cold again in less than 20 minutes. I dont normally write reviews but I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and demeanor of William. I will definitely be contacting this company again whenever the need should arise.
