DON'T EVER call these guys. They charged me to service my AC and didn't do a thing. Now I have a mold problem. I called them to rectify the problem and never showed up for the appointment to fix it.

Called uncountable times left voice mails, sent e-mails, no response. We are waiting to get the job completed since months.... Do not use this company.

After two+ years our permit is STILL not closed. We have so many issues and they refuse to answer our calls. Stay away!

Paid $10 K to fix our problems and it was not correct! Still doesn't work. Not responsive at all.

DO NOT USE TARPON AIR CONDITIONING, you have been warned. They installed my unit less than 2-years ago and it is leaking coolant. They came out and charged me nearly $400 to recharge the system but without repairing the leak. In fact, I was told to take pictures of my thermostat and send them in (I guess for amusment purposes?). They refuse to pick up the phone, return a call, or respond to text and email (over 20 attempts at contacting them). At this point, I have no choice but to hire a new company and pay again for a leaky system under 2-years old. This company will leave you mad as hell and sweating.
