Air Martin installed a fantastic new 5-ton Rheem air conditioner at our house in Cape Coral to replace an older 18-year-old Rheem unit that finally died. Brett and Jacob were professional and competitive on price.They found and resolved problems with my AC piping in addition to replacing the unit and "made sure" things were perfect for me.I highly recommend Air Martin. I would not leave a review like this for any company. I am extremely happy with the results.

We closed and moved in on Monday. Tuesday, the AC wasn't working. I called a couple of repair places and left messages. Nothing frantic. Just, "our AC is out, can ya help?" This morning, after receiving no callbacks overnight (hey, everyone gets busy) I pulled out the phone and made another call. This time, I struck gold. Not only was my call answered live but, answered by a knowledgeable human, who actually seemed to care about our condition. He was there a couple of hours later. That was at 10am. At 2pm, his son, a real professional, came by and replaced the stuff that needed replacing. He spent time with us explaining the important things we need to do to properly maintain the system. The hero of this story is AIR MARTIN. This company earned lifelong customers today. And, I bet, there are others who have had the same experience. I woke up to find my A/C unit not working and the temperature in the house rising. I called them and they were out to the house within a very short period. Will use them for all of my A/C needs

Very honest, responsive and thorough. No up selling. God send! Helped me resolve ac issues. I panicked ! Sold the house closing in a week the ac breaker is tripping. Figures wonderful timing! They were the only ones that answered the phone. I lucked out, they were able to service the unit the same day! Father & son team that looks out for their customers! Can't get any better than that!! What a great family owned business. They came to look at my air conditioner because my over flow was backing up. They explained everthing they did and what needs to be done in the future. There was no pressure to do the work RIGHT NOW. They definitely will be our AC company for now on. If you need work done call them.
