This is the best place to rent from on the island in my opinion. Weve been using them for years now and they always do right by us!! Highly recommended

Just giving a shout-out to my wonderful property management company. I have used them for many years, but the past few years have been quite challenging due to covid, extensive renovations to the home both inside and out, and 3 hurricanes. They have done their best to keep the property in top rental condition and to help guests navigate the few situations beyond their control when the construction schedule did not "cooperate" with the rental schedule. I would highly recommend this company to any property owners or to any guests seeking to rent on Anna Maria Island!

Having booked a property in January '23 you can imagine my anger and disappointment when the owners of the property cancelled my rental 2 hours after having paid the final balance in August.
Not only did I have to find an alternative property at a similar price but the availability was also severely limited at such a late date. We were due to travel in October.
Firstly the owner had more than enough time to do the repairs to the property knowing they had taken a deposit for a particular date and secondly, the rental company should be more aware of the situation to avoid such last minute disappointment.
I accepted a $200 compensation but this did not cover the additional cost incurred in renting another property.

I give a 4 for these reasons.. I'd give a 3 but I know company does not control maintenance of home .. stayed at pelican bay.. house looked like getting updated I think all different color tiles in rooms.. and tools and pieces of construction pieces all over. The deck off bedroom was black . And slimy after a rain . called about it .was told threw mobi that it was on schedule to pressure washed. So we couldn't didn't use that deck.. walls where dirty as were the vents .. Florida humidity maybe doing that . Mobi can't fix that during our stay .. pool had lots of chips in the epoxy paint and looked dirty but water was ok to swim again not mobi fault.. photos on line looked amazing like a 5 star reality place looked like a 3 .. stayed at piperbear rentals last year maybe im spoiled cause it was immaculate and that was my new standard.. maybe once finished it be great... mobi did send a pool cleaner , fished out chair in the canal.. and cleaned up after the storm . No house keeping came when I let them know house was a bit dirty . But In trash a full can of of beer bottles and liquor.. so I figured i big party was just there .. wife and I just said good enough.. dish washer smelled so bad that we opened up a window .. kitchen table bench was missing bolts so no way we sat on it. Let mobi know .. wasn't fixed on our stay .. but that maybe on the list of repairs ... mobi for the most of rating did pretty good but need to look at properties and scale rental prices on stays when things aren't done ... never received a call back as was told ...
