    I wasnt a huge fan of gulf coast before, but since they have added Ms AnnMarie Vetick to the team a lot of my problems were solved. Shes very kind, and does her job incredibly well. If she is managing your rental you have nothing to worry about. She made a very bad experience into a pretty positive one. Thank you AnnMarie!

    Inspect property thoroughly before you move in. Our property was not cleaned, garage door broken, outside pool area filthy, pool never turned on, dryer not vented properly or up to code, two outlets not working, only warm water in showers, fridge water dispenser covered with mold, oven door filthy, no light in fridge or freezer, garbage in cans from last tenants, mold in washer rubber (front loader). Its only the first day so Im sure theres more. Getting in contact with property managers is a joke and once you do they say someone is going to get back to you for repair and never do. If you are a realtor for this company and rent these properties knowing any of this you need to check your moral and ethical compass. Stay far away from this company and their rentals. Response: Well bless your heart making it sound like you are a reputable company. So far the only person that showed was the guy who turned on the pool. Thats it. Another one of your guys was a no show yesterday again. According to someone who works for the fire department your excuse about the dryer venting is a lie. I did have my cleaners come through (thank goodness). Not sure any cleaner would clean a mold ridden rubber gasket/seal in the washer thats hidden inside. Guess your cleaners missed it too. Now you expect me to clean it. Sending me text messages on what I can do. Im not doing your job. Its mold in the fridge water dispenser (not pink film) I guess your cleaners missed this too. Yes my husband did see the place before we decided to rent. These items would have been difficult to identify in a rushed viewing considering there were tenants here durning the walk thru and the place was in complete dissaray. You dont manage your properties with integrity. Read your own reviews.

Hi Mr. & Mrs. Trovato, thank you for writing us. We understand that you had toured this property in person while it was still tenant-occupied. Prior to your move in, we approved for you to have the house deep-cleaned and the dryer vents/ac ducts cleaned at your own expense. In addition to you choosing to have the home deep cleaned, we also had the home professionally cleaned by our vendor after the previous tenants moved out and before you sent your own cleaners to have the home deep cleaned after our vendor did. We understand that many of these work orders have been addressed and a tech was out there yesterday. This home was built in 1981. We kindly ask you to remember that this is a rental home and is not going to be a brand newly built model home with no flaws. To address all your concerns that you mentioned here: • You mention the home not being clean - However, as mentioned above; we had the home professionally cleaned and in addition, you hired your own cleaners after ours to have it deep cleaned again. • The garage door broken – We have never had an issue before. This could be a kicked laser and will have a technician look into this. • The outside pool area dirty – We’ve contacted a vendor to wash the pool deck. • The pool never tuned on – The owner’s pool guy addressed this last Friday. • The dryer not vented – It looks like there was a broken vent in the attic and it may be that this has always been like this. We’ve sent a vendor out to remedy this. • 2 outlets not working - It is likely that this is a GFI issue and we’ll have a technician come out to address. • There is only warm water in showers (not hot) – The water heater may need to be turned up a notch. Long copper run to master bath. We’ll have our technician look into this as well. • The fridge water dispenser moldy – The fridge water tube has discoloration. We can have our technician clean this for you. The deep cleaners that you hired should have addressed. • The over door dirty – The deep cleaners that you hired should have addressed. • There is no light in fridge/freezer – We’ll have our technician address this. • The garbage cans full from previous tenants – This was an error on our part and we apologize for not having the trash removed prior to your move in. • Moldy washing machine – The deep cleaners that you hired must have missed but we can have our technician address. If you wish to further discuss any of these issues you faced, please do not hesitate to contact us.
