A few months ago my pool was great, but the water started slowly getting worse and worse. I took it in to New Florida Pools to get a better idea of what was going on. They diagnosed it quickly, repaired the leak, replaced my filters, and I haven't had a problem since. The employees were very understanding of my needs, a no-brainer for anyone who has been through the ringer of swimming pool repair before. I feel good in knowing that customer satisfaction is their number one priority when it comes to talking with customers. I just wanted to share my success story of getting my pool restored by New Florida, it was only a few weeks before our Fourth of July party and the pool had become dull. I called up New Florida, they came out and made it look brand new again! What really impressed me is that they did this in such a short time, but no rushing on their part.
