I have been a customer of Bruno’s Air Conditioning for many years. Two years ago, they installed a new system. Today, was a maintenance review as well as a repair to the pool heater control panel. The technician, Doug was personable, polite, clean, attentive, and technically adept. His work was reviewed and approved by Tony B. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have been using Bruno Total for a couple of years now and wouldn’t use any other company. They are trust worthy and any time they come to any of my properties for service they make sure to leave it better then when they arrived. All of their staff is great and make sure you are completely satisfied before leaving. Their supervisor Matthew that cover the Cape is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what was done and what you can expect in the future with your system. Highly recommend them for all your property needs.

They charged me $ 650 for a "genetic test" and the work and it cost $ 5,000 to $ 9,000 and the $ 650 was subtracted from the amount they left and they did not even fix the air they left it at 79 °. When I call other companies and they explained to me that they did not know what I was talking about. Ask how much they charge and the companies they call told me they did not charge that they scammed me. I call Bruno's office the next day and I'm still waiting for me return the call. Days later a text sent to me by a certain Louis Bruno who wanted to know about my complain I explained it to him and to this day he has not answered me. When I receive the receipt by email he does not give the details of why a generic test was found. The worst experience I will never call them again they are scammers.
