Our new air conditioner was delivered and installed quickly. The installers explained their process. It took less time than what they predicted, so our home never really became warm. The new Lenox A/C is much quieter and more efficient than our old unit. I recommend Haines with no reservations.
Today (3/26/24) I called Haines and explained that the system was not keeping the humidity down. I said it wasnt an emergency since I could still control the temperature. A service technician arrived 5 hours later and replaced the thermostat for free (still under warranty ). This is what I call outstanding customer service. So glad we chose Haines for our new A/C system a few years ago.

If there were 6 stars for this review, I would post it for Haines Air conditioning out of Bonita Beach. Tony Dinias responded so quickly and replaced our entire system in 2 days. His installers were on time , professional and kept my house neat and clean even though the old, rusty air handler had to be tracked from the attic through the whole house. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for offering such great service!

They were nice seemed like they knew what they were doing. But 12 days later I have a leak around the new vent they just installed . My husband goes to fines a leaking water bottle and note pad completely soak . Now another leak has showed up and I call them they want to charge me for coming back out . Not with me I spent of 10,000 $ dollar with them . I don't recommend them at all.
